These are the rules that govern your relationship with pakcasino. We've written them in plain English so Pakistani players can actually understand what they're agreeing to — no deliberate legal fog, no buried surprises.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and pakcasino ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account, accessing the website at pakcasino.ws, or using any service provided by pakcasino — including casino games, Teen Patti tables, sports betting, live dealer games and jackpot slots — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use pakcasino. We recommend reading these Terms carefully before registering. If anything is unclear, contact our support team via live chat before proceeding.
Plain English: Using pakcasino means you've accepted these rules. The same way you'd check the rules before sitting down to play cards, you should know what you're agreeing to here.
To register and play at pakcasino, you must meet all of the following requirements:
pakcasino reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Until satisfactory verification is provided, the account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals placed on hold. If an underage player is discovered, all funds will be forfeited and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
Each individual may hold only one pakcasino account. Duplicate accounts — detected by matching name, mobile number, email address, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method or any other identifying information — will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including real money and bonus funds.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering. This includes your real name, date of birth and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and is considered fraud.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. pakcasino will never ask for your password via any channel. You must notify us immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. pakcasino is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account use where the Player failed to notify us promptly.

pakcasino currently accepts the following deposit methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT (interbank fund transfer) and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
The minimum deposit is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though pakcasino may apply enhanced verification for large single transactions or cumulative deposit volumes above certain thresholds.
All funds deposited must belong to the account holder. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account — are prohibited. If a third-party deposit is detected, pakcasino reserves the right to suspend the account pending investigation. pakcasino will not process deposits from payment methods that cannot be linked to the registered account holder's identity.
If a deposit transaction fails, the funds will be returned to your payment source within the standard processing time for that payment method. pakcasino does not charge fees for failed transactions, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own fees independently of pakcasino.
pakcasino aims to process all withdrawal requests within 10 minutes of submission. The majority of Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are credited to the player's mobile wallet within this timeframe. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 2 banking hours depending on the receiving institution.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. pakcasino does not charge a withdrawal processing fee. Any fees charged by the receiving bank or mobile wallet are the responsibility of the Player and are deducted by the payment provider independently.
Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement, not a pakcasino-specific restriction. If the original deposit method cannot accept the return, pakcasino will work with the player to find an alternative after completing any required verification.
pakcasino may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. Required documents may include a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), a screenshot of your mobile wallet, or a bank statement. Verification requests will be communicated via account notification and typically resolved within 24 hours of document submission.
Important: Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real money balances and bonus winnings that have satisfied the applicable wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.
Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonuses credited to pakcasino accounts carry a 10× wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount must be turned over 10 times in eligible games before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 10,000 of qualifying wagers before withdrawal can be requested.
Standard bonuses expire 7 days from the date of credit. Any unwagered bonus balance and associated winnings remaining at expiry will be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
pakcasino monitors betting patterns associated with bonus funds. Low-risk or mechanical wagering strategies designed specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay — commonly known as bonus abuse — are prohibited. pakcasino reserves the right to void bonus winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
Each active promotion on pakcasino may carry additional terms published on the Promotions page. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that particular offer.
All casino games and live dealer tables on pakcasino use certified random number generation (RNG) software that has been independently tested for fairness and unpredictability. The outcome of each game round is determined at the moment of play and is not influenced by previous outcomes, account balance size or any other external factor.
Malfunctions or technical errors during gameplay void all affected bets. pakcasino will credit the staked amount back to the player's account in the event of a confirmed malfunction. Decisions on disputed game outcomes made by pakcasino management are final.
All sports bets on pakcasino are settled based on the official result of the relevant governing body for that sport. For football, this is the result at the end of 90 minutes of play (plus added time). For cricket, this is the declared result of the relevant format (T20I, ODI, Test match or PSL fixture).
If a scheduled event is postponed before it begins, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned. If an event is abandoned after commencement, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules applicable to the specific market, as published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the pakcasino platform.
Single event maximum payouts and accumulator maximum payouts vary by sport and market. Current limits are displayed in the relevant market on the pakcasino sportsbook at the time of placing a bet. pakcasino reserves the right to void any part of a bet that exceeds the published maximum payout for a given market.
In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability. pakcasino may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice if live data becomes unavailable or if unusual betting activity is detected. Bets placed and accepted before a suspension are valid. Bets submitted during a suspension period are void.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pakcasino and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement:
pakcasino reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed. In the event of a suspension for investigation, pakcasino will endeavour to communicate the reason and timeline to the account holder via registered contact details.
Players may close their own pakcasino account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Real money balances remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be paid out to the player's registered payment method after completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
All content on pakcasino.ws — including but not limited to logos, game graphics, text, software, design elements and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pakcasino or its licensed suppliers. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use of any pakcasino content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
pakcasino provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate operation, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. pakcasino's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the value of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.
pakcasino is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
The collection, storage and use of your personal information is governed by the pakcasino Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering at pakcasino, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pakcasino reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via account notification or email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the pakcasino platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page.
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute regarding any aspect of these Terms or the operation of pakcasino, players should first contact the pakcasino support team via live chat or at support@pakcasino.ws to seek resolution. pakcasino is committed to resolving complaints promptly and fairly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
